I was really excited to find this table. It was exactly what I was searching for. Rustic, elegant, transcendent. The wood work is really beautiful. The color is soft and feminine, but could stand up against other colors, textures and vibes. I worried that the surface would be splinter-y especially for my young niece and nephew but it’s smooth and non threatening. Expect that there will be some small natural wood defects like this knot I shared a photo of, or some filled in cracks/splits. I think it adds to its natural charm, but if that isn’t the type of table you’re looking for this one may not be for you. I definitely recommend this piece if you’re looking for a special table that looks like it has a unique story to tell.
