Return Policy

You may return any eligible product ordered from Timbergirl within 30 days of receiving your merchandise.

Items clearly marked as “Final Sale” on the product page, in your shopping cart, and during checkout are not eligible for return.

Returns After 30 Days
We understand that circumstances vary, but because products lose value over time, we offer partial refunds for items returned after 30 days. The refund amount may be adjusted based on the condition of the merchandise. Additionally, original and return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.

Return Process
To return an item, you must first contact our Customer Care team for approval. Once approved, we’ll provide a return authorization number along with a UPS/FEDEX shipping label.

If you receive a replacement item, the original item must be returned to our warehouse within 30 days of your return initiation. Otherwise, you will be charged the full price for the replacement.

Important Notes:

  • Returns without an authorization number will not be processed.
  • Special return instructions may apply for furniture and other items delivered by a freight service.
  • We cannot accept returns of items that are not in their original packaging.
  • Refunds are processed once the returned items are received, and we aim to process returns within one week.

Damages During Transit
Damages during shipping are rare, but if they occur, please document the damage with photos of both the packaging and product, and note the damage on the Bill of Lading before signing for delivery. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item for assistance in processing your damaged item. If we are not notified within 24 hours, we cannot issue a replacement.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, or if the item is damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately. We will waive return shipping charges and provide either a replacement or a full refund. Please send photos to help us process your claim.

Return Shipping Charges
If you return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you may be responsible for return shipping fees. If the product is not defective, we may issue a partial refund and/or charge return shipping fees.

Final Sale & Clearance Items
Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased through clearance are non-returnable. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for these items.

All returns are subject to Timbergirl's discretion.
